Matria: love for Cuba and the invitation to be Martí’s followers (+ Photos)

Camagüey, Cuba, Oct 30.- The infinite love for the Homeland, the evocation of the thought of the National Hero of Cuba, José Martí, the preservation of the architectural heritage and the strength, spirit and beauty of dance are present in the Matria photographic project by the young lens artist and journalist Gabriel Dávalos, which is shown in large format until the middle of next year in the emblematic Plaza de los Trabajadores, in the city of Camagüey.

The sample contains 12 snapshots taken in old alleys and streets of the old town of Santa María del Puerto del Príncipe, today Camagüey, one of the oldest cities in America; Its historic center was declared by UNESCO as Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Leer el resto de esta entrada »
