Camagüey, Cuba, June 23.- Cuban creators express their confrontation with the Covid-19 in different media and the young plastic arts artist from Camagüey, Miroslav de la Torre, imagines it as the deadly virus, so deadly that it has taken life in Almost half a million people worldwide and more than 8 million have been infected.
On one occasion, La Torre revealed that each of his works “is born from a long, furious battle (death metal) to find a replica of this overwhelming wealth that is life, to probe the world in a sensitive way and create another one provided with a different substance that refutes that in which logic reduces everything to ordination ”.
In a time of pandemic the young artist participates with the oil on canvas Virus in the war against an invisible and lethal enemy, the SARS-Cov-2 coronavirus: “This is a painting that speaks of Covid-19, in which several scared or bewildered characters, looking at the word Wuhan, the place in China where the pandemic started.
