May 2020.-La triada perfecta estado, ciencia y población han sido decisivos en los más de dos meses, sin treguas, en el enfrentamiento al SARS-COV-2, por lo que Cuba presenta hoy un escenario favorable de la curva evolutiva en el número de personas detectadas con la COVID-19 en la isla, no obstante las medidas se incrementan en el país.
El doctor Francisco Durán, director nacional de Epidemiología del Ministerio de Salud Pública (Minsap), graficó que desde hace varias semanas son más los pacientes dados de alta que los positivos de la enfermedad que ingresan a los centros asistenciales del país.
El especialista informó este viernes que de los mil 840 pacientes diagnosticados con SARS-COV-2, se mantienen ingresados confirmados 334, y de ellos 325 (97,3%) presentan evolución clínica estable. Se acumulan 79 fallecidos, dos evacuados y mil 425 pacientes recuperados (77,4%).
Para COVID-19 se estudiaron 2 mil 232 muestras, resultando 10 muestras positivas. El país acumula 77 374 muestras realizadas y 1 840 positivas (2 %). (Leer más en esta entrada)
