Camagüey, Cuba, Feb. 12 – A novel book: Cuban broadcasters for unity in the Americas, by the Camagüey’s writer and researcher Oscar Ramón Viñas Ortiz, published this 2020, the publisher En Vivo, of the Cuban Institute of Radio and Television.
The text includes testimonies and memories of the history of the professionals of the word. The work was so far a desire for different scientific meetings of the speech and events held in the island.
It tells the whole evolution, the constitution process, the congresses, the debates in these meetings and the aspirations of the speakers.
Oscar Ramón Viñas Ortiz, also author of the History of Locution research in Camagüey, said that Cuban professionals of the word have the merit of being the first in America to establish an association of broadcasters, on October 20, 1935, in the Siete Palmas farm, in Camagüey. Leer más esta entrada
