Trinidad, Cuba, Apr 1st.- The Corner of Yoga, in the Natural Park Codina, becomes a place to meditate in a microclimate very different from the rest of the island of Cuba.
It is located on Tope de Collantes, a protected natural area of 110 kilometers, in the Massif of Guamuhaya, in the Escambray, more than 20 kilometers from Trinidad. The Corner of Yoga is surrounded by a bamboo cane forest and kissed by the waters of a small stream, special place for meditation and practice of postures.
The sound of the stream and the chirping of the birds that resonate in the whole area stimulates abstraction. The melodious whisper of the Tocororo, national bird of Cuba, because it looks the colors of the Cuban flag: blue, red and white, comforts those who decide for yoga.
A few meters from the Corner of Yoga are raised the majestic and beautiful walls of the Park Codina, surrounded by a forest of great diversity of fauna, with high endemism.
The farm Codina is located just 8 kilometers from the Topes de Collantes, highlighting the excursion through The Magic Carpet Trail and the Garden of Orchids and bamboo varieties. (Translated by Linet Acuña Quilez)
