Camagüey, Cuba, 18 dic.- Un toque personal, una manera diferente de presentar la fotografía con el apoyo de las nuevas tecnologías logró el artista italiano del lente Maurizio Nadal en la remier mundial de la exposición personal Otra Mirada, imágenes que se exhiben en esta ciudad.

Las 15 instantáneas están a disposición de lugareños y visitantes hasta finales de este mes de diciembre, en la Galería Taller Larios, en el centro histórico de esta urbe, Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad.

Nadal, quien reside en Cuba desde el año 2013, captó en sus  viajes por  la isla miles de fotos, que a decir del curador Juan Carlos Mejias Ruiz,  se dio cuenta de que tenía un tesoro en sus manos, pero que sería demasiado pretencioso querer, simplemente, mostrar a los cubanos el paisaje, en este caso urbano, en el que ellos viven cada día.

El creador experimentó una y otra vez para tratar de encontrar un toque personal, una manera diferente de presentar la fotografía al público, cuestión que, aunque no es fácil, este italiano que se enamoró de Cuba y su gente, logró resolver apoyándose en las nuevas tecnologías, enfatizó Mejías Ruiz.

Maurizio Nadal resaltó el protagonismo del patrimonio que atesora la mayor de las Antillas, especialmente la arquitectura de Baracoa, Santiago de Cuba, Camagüey, Ciego de Ávila, Trinidad, Cienfuegos y  La Habana, urbes reflejadas en la muestra Otra Mirada.

El autor manifestó  su agradecimiento a Cuba, Camagüey y a todo el pueblo de la isla.

Con el proyecto personal Otra Mirada, del artista italiano del lente Maurizio Nadal cierra el ciclo de exposiciones de la jornada del Noviembre Fotográfico 2018 en la centro oriental ciudad cubana de Camagüey.

Cuban architectural heritage in personal exhibition Otra Mirada (+ photos)

Camagüey, Cuba, Dec 18.-A personal touch, a different way of presenting photography with the support of new technologies, achieved the Italian lens artist Maurizio Nadal in the personal exhibition Otra Mirada (Another look), images that are exhibited in this city for the first time in the world.

The 15 snapshots are available to locals and visitors until the end of December, at the Gallery Workshop Larios, in the historical center of this city, Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Nadal, who resides in Cuba since the year 2013, captured with in his Island trips thousands of photos, that to say of the curator Juan Carlos Mejías Ruiz, realized that he had a treasure in his hands, but that it would be too pretentious to want, simply, to show to the Cubans the landscape, in this urban case, in which they live each day.

The creator experimented again and again to try to find a personal touch, a different way of presenting photography to the public, a question that, although not easy, this Italian who fell in love with Cuba and its people, managed to resolve by leaning on the new technologies, Mejías Ruiz emphasized.

Maurizio Nadal highlighted the prominence of the patrimony of the Greater of the Antilles, especially the architecture of Baracoa, Santiago de Cuba, Camagüey, Ciego de Ávila, Trinidad, Cienfuegos and Havana, cities reflected in the show Otra Mirada.

The author expressed his gratitude to Cuba, Camagüey and all the people of the island.
