Académico estadounidense exaltó diversidad del sistema de enseñaza artística en Cuba (+Fotos)

Camagüey, Cuba, 12 dic.- La diversidad, extensión y calidad del sistema de enseñaza artística en  Cuba las  exaltó el académico y fotógrafo estadounidense David Julián, en un encuentro de intercambio con integrantes de diferentes filiales de la Unión de Escritores y Artista de Cuba, (UNEAC), en Camagüey.

El también ilustrador, acompañado de tres artistas del lente de distintas regiones de Estado Unidos, significo además el apoyo gubernamental en Cuba a la formación, desde edades tempranas,  de futuros profesionales de las artes. “En mi país ese proceso es muy complejo “, consideró.

A preguntas de los visitantes Sergio Morales Veras, presidente del comité provincial de la UNEAC ofreció una panorámica desarrollo cultural en el territorio y el país y de la vanguardia artística agramontina. Morales manifestó los lazos de amistad del pueblo de la isla con el pueblo estadounidense.

Camagüey, es cuna de inminente escritores, entre otros Gertrudis Gómez de Avellaneda y el Poeta Nacional de Cuba, Nicolás Guillén, explicó.

En tanto David Julián expresó que el arte rompe cualquier barrera política y declaró su desacuerdo con el embargo (bloqueo económico, comercial y financiero), impuesto  por el gobierno de su país contra la mayor de las Antillas desde octubre de 1960.

El crítico de cine Armando Pérez Padrón destacó la posibilidad que tienen los cubanos de desarrollar su talento artístico desde edades tempranas hasta llegar a la Universidad de las Artes con filiales en diferentes provincias del país.

Los profesionales estadounidenses de la fotografía se interesaron en relación a la presencia en Camagüey de filmes del recién Festival Internacional del Nuevo Cine Latinoamericano de La Habana y intercambios culturales de artistas camagüeyanos en otras naciones.

Al presidente de la UNEAC en la provincia afirmar que poema lírico Espejo de paciencia, del escribano canario Silvestre de Balboa y Troya es la primera obra literaria  escrita en 1608 durante la estancia del autor en Santa María del Puerto del Príncipe, hoy Camagüey, mostraron curiosidad en torno a esa obra.

De acuerdo a las investigaciones realizadas por el ensayista Ramiro García y recogidas en el texto Vida de Silvestre de Balboa y Troya: El canario precursor de la literatura cubana demuestran que los documentos estudiados son fidedignos y que Espejo de paciencia es eminentemente de la isla y escrito en 1608 por el canario precursor de la literatura cubana.

Los manuscritos consultados en el Archivo de Indias, en España ponen en su verdadero lugar al poema, a su autor y a los seis sonetistas que participaron en su redacción.

Los fotógrafos estadounidenses apreciaron la exposición colectiva La realidad y la pertenencia, que abierta  en la Galería Julián Morales de la UNEAC agramontina. El curador de la muestra Jorge Santos Caballero, les explicó que deviene mirada interior de cada ser humano.

American scholar exalted diversity of the system of artistic teaching in Cuba

Camagüey, Cuba, Dec 12.- The diversity, extension and quality of the system of artistic teaching in Cuba were exalted by the American academic and photographer David Julian, in an exchange meeting with members of different subsidiaries of the Union of Writers and Artist of Cuba, (UNEAC), in Camagüey.

The illustrator, accompanied by three lens artists from different regions of the United States, also meant government support in Cuba to the formation, from early ages, of future professionals of the arts. «In my country that process is very complex,» he considered. To questions of the visitors Sergio Morales Veras, president of the Provincial Committee of the UNEAC offered a panoramic of the cultural development in the territory and the country and the artistic avant-garde of Camagüey. Morales manifested the friendship ties of the people of the island with the American people.

Camagüey is the birthplace of imminent writers, among others Gertrude Gomez de Avellaneda and the national poet of Cuba, Nicolás Guillén, explained.

In addition, David Julian expressed that art breaks any political barrier and declared his disagreement with the embargo (economic, commercial and financial blockade), imposed by the Government of his country against the major of the Antilles since October 1960.

The film critic Armando Pérez Padrón highlighted the possibility that Cubans have to develop their artistic talent from early ages to reach the University of the Arts with subsidiaries in different provinces of the country.

American photography professionals were interested in the presence in Camagüey of films of the recently International Festival of the New Latin American Cinema of Havana and cultural exchanges of Camagüey´s artists in other nations.

The president of the UNEAC in the province affirm that lyric poem Espejo de paciencia (Mirror of Patience), of the bunting Canary Silvestre de Balboa y Troya is the first literary work written in 1608 during the stay of the author in Santa María del Puerto del Príncipe, today Camagüey, they showed curiosity about that work.

According to the investigations carried out by the essayist Ramiro García and collected in the text life of Silvestre de Balboa y Troya: The canary precursor of the Cuban literature show that the documents studied are trustworthy and that Espejo de paciencia is eminently of the island and written in 1608 by the canary precursor of the Cuban literature.

The manuscripts consulted in the Archive of the Indies, in Spain put in its true place the poem, its author and the six sonnet writers who participated in its writing.

American photographers appreciated the collective exhibition La realidad y la pertenencia, which opened in the gallery Julián Morales de la UNEAC of Camagüey.
