Delegados camagüeyanos del Poder Popular comprometidos a ser dignos representantes de pueblo

Camagüey, Cuba, 30 sep.- Con el compromiso de mantener la unidad y ser dignos representantes de un gobierno del pueblo y para el pueblo se desarrolló hoy en esta ciudad el VIII Sesión Ordinaria de la Asamblea Municipal del Poder Popular, correspondiente al XVII Periodo de Mandatos.

Delegados de las diferentes circunscripciones evaluaron  entre otras temáticas: el impacto del cumplimiento del acuerdo 8223 del Consejo de Ministro, referente a la Comisión Permanente de Defensa, Legalidad y Orden Interior y el análisis de los resultados del curso escolar 2017-2018.

También en la VIII Sesión Ordinaria de la Asamblea Municipal del Poder Popular, liderada por la presidente de ese órgano de gobierno en ese nivel Liseette Bouza Cabrera, se profundizó en el programa de reordenamiento territorio.

Los participantes reconocieron el esfuerzo en el mantenimiento de los centros escolares y el exitoso inicio del curso. Además,  exhortaron intencionar en la comunidad el apoyo sistemático al proceso docente educativo, y en especial en la cobertura de maestros y profesores cuando el municipio tiene un déficit de más de 600 docentes.

La captación de jóvenes con el respaldo de la Federación de Mujeres Cubanos y el apadrinamiento a las escuelas con el protagonismo de la comunidad  para lograr un incremento gradual del ingreso a las carreras pedagógicas, la formación vocacional, y el mayor reconocimiento social a los maestros y profesores, estuvieron entre los aspectos debatidos en materia educacional.

Mercedes Escuredo, directora provincial de Educación en Camagüey, expresó que es prioridad satisfacer los intereses de la población en material educacional con calidad y enfatizó en la importancia de la formación vocacional para garantizar el futuro docente en la geografía agramontina.

Rafael Gaspar Simón, vicepresidente de la comisión de vivienda, servicio y turismo llamó a optimizar los recursos materiales naturales y sociales, con la finalidad de crear una base productiva capaz de producir bienes materiales.

Alrededor del 46 por ciento del fondo habitacional del municipio presenta un estado constructivo entre regular y mal estado, determinó la comisión, la cual mostró que los ritmos de rehabilitación de las cuarterías es muy lento y que la falta de control ha dado lugar a que se vea afectada la calidad de esos inmuebles.

Se insistió en atemperar el ordenamiento urbano al nuevo modelo económico, el optimo aprovechamiento del suelo, mejorando los niveles  de producción, de servicios, las condiciones de habilitalidad de los residentes  aplicando criterios de sostenibilidad y participación ciudadana, impulsar el turismo reforzando la identidad y la conservación del valioso patrimonio cultural.

Los delegados insistieron en la necesidad del cumplimiento de la disciplina urbanística y el enfrentamiento sistematicidad a la proliferación de asentamientos ilegales y se exhortó a adoptar las medinas necesarias para el cuidado del centro histórico, Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad.

En una intervención especial Jorge Luis Tapia Fonseca, primer secretario del Partido Comunista de Cuba en la provincia de Camagüey instó al fortalecimiento de los grupos de trabajo comunitario y la responsabilidad social de los dirigentes administrativos y su vínculo con el barrio, circunscripción y el Consejo Popular.

insistió en el trabajo político e ideológico en la base, la atención a las personas de la tercera edad, con el protagonismo de la comunidad, la actuación de los trabajadores sociales y técnicos de la vivienda y el reconocimiento social a los trabajadores de comunales, especialmente los barrenderos en los barrios.

El miembro del Comité Central del Partido convocó a crear un amplio movimiento de masas alrededor del aniversario 60 del triunfo de la Revolución Cubana, el 505 de la fundación, el 2 de febrero de 2019, de la villa de Santa María del Puerto del Príncipe y el 26 de julio, asaltos a los cuarteles Moncada, de Santiago de Cuba y Carlos Manuel de Céspedes, de Bayamo.

Camagüey´s delegates Committed to be worthy representatives of the people

Camagüey, Cuba, Sep 30.- With the commitment to maintain unity and to be worthy representatives of a Government of the people and for the people was developed in the city of Camagüey the 7th ordinary session of the Municipal Assembly of People´s Power, corresponding to the 17th period of mandates.

The delegates of the different constituencies assessed, among other issues, the impact of compliance with the Council of Ministers ‘ agreement 8223, concerning the Standing Committee on Defense, Legality and Internal order; and the analysis of the results of the school year 2017-2018.

Also in the assembly-led by the President of that governing body, Lisette Bouza Cabrera-was deepened in the program of territorial reorganization.

Participants recognized the effort to maintain schools and the successful start of the course; In addition, they urged the community to systematically support the educational process and especially the coverage of teachers and teachers when the municipality has a deficit of more than 600 teachers.

They were also elected by the direct and secret vote the 16 delegates to the Provincial Assembly of the People´s Power, by the municipality of Camagüey.

In a special intervention Jorge Luis Tapia Fonseca, first Provincial secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) in Camagüey, urged the strengthening of the Community working groups and the social responsibility of the administrative leaders and their Link with the neighborhood, constituency and Popular Council.

The main leader of this demarcation insisted on the political and ideological work at the base, the attention to the elderly people with the prominence of the community and the performance of the social and technical workers of the House, and the Social recognition to communal workers, especially the street sweepers.
